David H. Carriger

David H. Carriger grew up in Burlington, Mineral County, West Virginia. He attended West Virginia University, where he was Editor of The Daily Athenaeum, the student newspaper. Mr. Carriger graduated magna cum laude from WVU with degrees in History and Philosophy before continuing on to law school at The George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. He was Managing Editor of The Environmental Lawyer, a law journal at GW, and graduated in 1995. Mr. Carriger’s areas of practice include Personal Injury, Products Liability, Toxic Torts and Environmental Law. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of West Virginia and Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. |
