David H. Carriger was raised in Burlington, Mineral County, West Virginia. A 1991 graduate of West Virginia University, Mr. Carriger took his degree in History and Philosophy before continuing on to law school at the George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. He was Editor of The Daily Athenaeum at WVU and Managing Editor of The Environmental Lawyer at GW. Mr. Carriger’s areas of practice include Personal Injury, Products Liability, Toxic Torts and Environmental Law. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of West Virginia and Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Mr. Carriger holds memberships in the West Virginia and Virginia Bar Associations, the West Virginia Trial Lawyer Association, the American Bar Association and Kanawha County Bar Association.
